By reserving one of these spots you are agreeing to leave your spot clean.
All dog hair, garbage, etc is to be picked up and placed in an appropriate receptacle.
Thank you for helping to keep this venue clean and available for future use!

These spots are approximately 10ftx10ft for a pop-up canopy
plus room to park a vehicle in front.
NO OVERNIGHT PARKING ALLOWED IN THESE SPOTS
They are located along the chain link fence on the south side of the park,
closest to the Fast CATs, NASDA & Sniff ‘N Go.
A Parking Placard will be provided that will allow in and out privileges and
will have your space number on it.
Please keep it visible, in your vehicle, at all times while on the grounds.


RESERVATIONS FOR OVERNIGHT PARKING
PARKING RESERVATIONS CLOSE WEDNESDAY, JULY 5, 2023
PARKING REGULATIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
SUBJECT TO SPACE AVAILABILITY, PERSONS ARRIVING
WITHOUT AN RV RESERVATION WILL BE CHARGED $50 PER
NIGHT FOR A 20’ X 40’ SPACE.

1. All spaces will be assigned in the order received and paid. Spaces are 20’ x 40’. All
vehicles whose length is over 40’ must reserve two spaces. One tow vehicle per space.
Any tow vehicle that does not fit within the allotted space, and/or any additional
vehicles, must be parked elsewhere on the show grounds and will be charged an
additional $40.
2. Requests to park together must be submitted in the same envelope.
3. HANDICAP PARKING must be reserved in advance. There will be a limited number
of spaces available to HOLDERS OF A CURRENT STATE-ISSUED HANDICAP
PARKING PERMIT. A COPY OF THIS PERMIT MUST BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR
PARKING REQUEST. PLEASE MAIL YOUR REQUEST EARLY - SPACE IS LIMITED.
WHEN THESE SPACES ARE FILLED, THE REMAINING REQUESTS WILL BE
ASSIGNED TO REGULAR SPACES IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED.
4. Parking lot will open at 10:00AM on Thursday. Gates will open Friday, Saturday, and
Sunday at 6:00AM and close Thursday through Saturday at 10:00PM and will close 1
hour after Best in Show on Sunday.
5. FIRE LANES, DESIGNATED PARKING ZONES, NO PARKING ZONES & LOADING
ZONES WILL BE STRICTLY MAINTAINED. Violators will be towed without notice at
their expense.
6. To access RV Parking you MUST use the NORTH gate. That is the ONLY gate that
will be open. DO NOT BLOCK traffic on Meridian. RV’s that cannot turn into the park
via the NORTH gate will have to lay over elsewhere.
7. PARKING PERSONNEL will gladly assist you in locating your space & answering
any questions you may have. They will NOT reassign spaces. Parking is a privilege
extended by the Tacoma Kennel Club, Inc. & the Club reserves the right to withdraw
this privilege from any person who feels he cannot abide by the rules & instructions of
our Parking Crew, or who resorts to abusive language and/or other tactics. There will
be no refund of fees. Failure to abide by Parking Personnel instructions may also
result in an Event Committee hearing according to AKC Rules & Regulations.
8. If there are left over spots available for RV parking after reservations close (July 5,
2023), those spots will be available on a first come, first served basis for $50.00 per
night payable in CASH at gate.
9. Power for RVs: Limited power available - Exhibitors must use onboard or portable
generators for air conditioners and blowers/dryers. All exhaust must be directed away from
other campsites, preferably up. Ground protection must be provided for portable generators.
10. No dumping of grey water or sewage. If found, $500 fine will be levied.
11. All camping areas must be cleaned before departure. Leaving a dirty
camping spot may result in denial of the privilege at future shows.

use of electricity or violation of parking rules or abuse of parking attendants will result in a

away, I am aware that TOWING CHARGES WILL BE AT MY EXPENSE.
