Grooming is available for 4 days, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with no reduction in fees for fewer days.
Reservations must be submitted on this form and postmarked or emailed no later than July 1, 2024. Payment must accompany the submitted reservation. Spaces will be assigned in the order they are received. Requests to groom together must be sent in the same envelope. NSF checks will be charged a fee of $25. No refunds after July 1, 2024.
Premium Reserved Grooming is by invitation only-contact Mark Iseki (m98370@msn.com) for availability.
RESERVED GROOMING
• Spaces are 10’ x 10’ on grass
• Exercise pens are allowed
• You must provide your own shade/shelter
• Fee is $50.00 per space for four days if paid prior to July 1. After July 1 the fee will be $70.00 IN CASH paid at the show
• No electricity available, bring a generator. (All generators must be placed on a plywood/fire proof surface larger than the generator)
- Anyone found tripping a circuit breaker will be charged $50.00 and be subject to disciplinary action.
• A bench show hearing may be called if a space is not left clean, free of dog hair and debris.
DAY-OF-SHOW GROOMING (NO FEE)
This area will be marked out on the North Side of the front lawn.
You may not move any closer to the rings than the designated day of show grooming area.
• First-come, first-served each day
• The number of spaces is limited.
• Spaces are free/no cost
• No saving of spaces
• No exercise pens allowed
• No access to electricity/power unless you bring a generator.
Generators must be placed on plywood/fire proof surface larger than the generator.
• Equipment must be removed at the end of each day; if not, equipment will be confiscated
• You must provide your own shade/shelter

STALL GROOMING
• Stalls are approximately 5’ x 9’, located in north side of Goat and Small Equine Barns. Stalls must be accessed from outside of barn.
• Limited to 17 stalls per barn. The stalls are matted.
• Power is not available-bring a generator, All generators must be placed on a plywood/fire proof surface larger than the generator.) Anyone tripping a circuit breaker will be charged $50.00 and subject to disciplinary action.

• Fee is $25.00 per stall for four days if paid prior to July 1. After July 1 the fee will be $45.00 IN CASH paid at the show.
GENERAL RULES
• No dogs may be left overnight at any grooming setup
• Grooming and crating area aisles must remain open at all times; if equipment exceeds the boundary of the grooming spot it will be moved.
• Exercise pens are allowed only in the reserved grooming areas,
• Generators are only allowed in grooming areas. All generators must be placed on a plywood/fire proof surface larger than the generator.
• NO GENERATORS ALLOWED ON THE FRONT LAWN UNLESS IN DAY GROOMING AREA.
• Bathing stations are available with 2 hoses.
GROOMING SET UP/TAKE DOWN
• NO ACCESS FOR SET UP PRIOR TO THURSDAY, AT 2 PM
• Thursday set up runs from 2 PM to 7 PM
• Access to the grooming areas on Friday thru Sunday is from 7AM to 7PM
• Grooming set ups must be removed no later than 7 PM on Sunday, July 21, 2024
• A bench show hearing may be called if a space is not left clean, and free of dog hair and debris.
